Vertrag handy

Hi ich wollte dir ein handy mit vertrag holen was neu is und billig dann bin ich auch dieses hier gestossen http://www.first-handyshop.de/handy-shop/catalog/product_info_option.php?products_id=1595&contractID=174&IDs={2}174&products_id_=1595 ich weis net obs abzocke is oda gut... und was bedeuten die kleien zahlen hinter "Netze" und "inklusive" ??? und muss man 19.95 € im monat zahlen oda mehr ??? und wenn ich es holen würde müsste ich am andanf 100 € oda so zahlen weil das handy ohne vertrag 500 € oda so kostet ??? ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen
